Katalin Deli
Gabor Deli was born in Hungary. Graduated from University of Physical Education with degrees in Physical Education and coaching. He also earned a degree from Newspapers Writers Academy in Photojournalism. Won a Gold Medal at the most prestigious photography contest in Hungary “Ezust Gerely” in art categories of Sport Photos. Was a former member of the Hungarian National Gymnastics Team for ten years and an All-Around Junior National Champion. Gabor immigrated to USA with his wife Katalin Deli in 1971. They have two sons.

Katalin was the head of the University of Minnesota Womens’s Gymnatics Team for 19 years. She was two times Big Ten Coach of the Year and the Women’s Team won Three Big Ten Championships. Marie Roethlisberger won a Gold Medal on the uneven bars at the 1990 NCAA National Championship. They coached 56 Big Ten and Regional Champions. Gabor was an assistant for 17 years. They established and currently operate the Olympic Academy in 1978. They coached State, Regional, and National Champions in USA Gymnastic Junior Olympic Program. Coach of Elite gymnasts Robin Huebner, Lisa Wittver, Jenny Hagberg, Diana Rendall, Gina Palm, and Julie Dorn. Gabor represented the USA as coach in England, Russia, Lativa, Taipei, and Italy.

Gabor's years of coaching experience and technical knowledge is the key of the high level of professional photography. He is also an expert at any event photography, child and family images.
